Each Meal Prep choice includes: *30 minute Prenatal or Introductory Session to discuss menus and any dietary needs or restrictions. *Home delivery of healthy, delicious meals and snacks made from scratch to nourish your whole household! *All of your food labeled and packaged for the freezer or fridge. **This package does not include the price of food and any other supplies that may need to be purchased. Cost of Meal Prep Package is due at time of contract signing. Cost of food and any needed supplies will be determined before preparation. Payment for these items will be billed to client. Payments can be made via cash, check, Zelle or Venmo.**
